ECO-Friendly Mobility
What do I get?
We offer flexible, sustainable and eco-friendly transport options by providing you with a monthly allowance of up to 60€ via RYDES. As a full-time, permanent team member that is assigned to one of our office locations within Germany, you are eligible for this benefit and can choose modes of urban mobility ranging from car sharing to scooters, public transport, and long-distance trains via an easy-to-use mobility budget.
How does it work?

Your People Partner will register you once you sign your employment contract. Alternatively, you may go ahead and register here with your company email address.

After the People Team approves your eligibility, you will receive an invitation email in your inbox. Please complete the registration by choosing your preferred benefit (you can choose between a Mobility Card and a Fuel and Charge gas station Card).

Download the RYDES app from Google Play or the IOS app store and insert your registration details.

Within the first week of each month, your monthly budget will be added to your RYDES account.
Use the budget for the different commuting options as per your individual needs.
If you don’t use your monthly budget within the respective month, it will automatically be carried over to the following.
Please keep in mind that once your eligibility ends (e.g. change of office country, switch to remote contract, end of employment at DataGuard), you will no longer have access to your budget. Make sure you use everything beforehand, or it will expire.
